The two teams played evenly for the rest of the first half, resulting in a scoreless. In the 67th minute, #10 Aoba FUJINO received a foul and awarded a penalty kick. INAC KOBE LEONESSA dominated throughout the first half. In the 35th minute, INAC KOBE LEONESSA was pressing high to win the ball, and from the left side, #14 Fukina MIZUNO accurately delivered a cross to #9 Mina TANAKA, who then headed it home to score the long-waited opening goal of the match.
