After a scoreless first half, AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES gave away a penalty in the 52nd minute, as they were called for a hand-ball within the penalty box. #9 Ami Sugita of NOJIMA STELLA KANAGAWA SAGAMIHARA sold the opposing goalkeeper a dummy and calmly converted the penalty to take the lead. In the 59th minute, AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES saw #15 Rio Takizawa head a long ball to #10 Chise Takizawa, who also headed the ball on to #11 Sayaka Mitani, driving home the ball to level the score immediately. AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES dominated the pace throughout the second half, but NOJIMA STELLA KANAGAWA SAGAMIHARA successfully defended their goal until the end, with #16 Nagisa Ikejiri leading its efforts, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES failed to win their third straight game.

This match was the first WE LEAGUE match to be held at the Japan National Stadium. The match got moving in the 41st minute when #19 Yuzuho Shiokoshi of MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES URAWA REDS LADIES played the ball to #10 Kozue Ando who was unmarked, and scored with her right foot to take the lead. In the 72nd minute, MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES URAWA REDS LADIES was awarded with a penalty kick and #9 Yuika Sugasawa, the current top scorer of the season, took the opportunity. However, she was denied her chance to score, as her shot was stopped by the goalkeeper #18 Ayaka Yamashita of INAC KOBE LEONESSA. The game continued with both sides taking turns to attack each other aggressively, creating chances, but MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES URAWA REDS LADIES successfully defended Ando’s goal until the end, winning their fifth straight game.

NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA hosted MYNAVI SENDAI LADIES for their last home match of the season. In the 8th minute, #2 Risa Shimizu of NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA played a cross from the right side of the pitch, and the ball directly went into the goal net to score the opening goal of the match. After being behind by one goal in the first half, MYNAVI SENDAI LADIES equalized in the 52nd minute when #9 Hinata Miyazawa exploited her speed to dribble the ball into the box and beat the goalkeeper, and calmly slot home a goal. With both teams looking for an extra goal, in the 84th minute, #17 Aoba Fujino of NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA fired a shot from the right side, which was deflected by the goalkeeper and #30 Rumi Utsugi, who came on as a substitute, scored off the rebound, marking the game winner. The match ended with NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA winning their final home match of the season.

ALBIREX NIIGATA LADIES vs SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA

Second Half: 0-1

ALBIREX NIIGATA LADIES took the lead in the 13th minute when #13 Ayaka Michigami dealt well with a long ball and calmly scored the opening goal of the match. SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA responded to equalize in the 29th minute when #9 Mami Ueno met a ball played by #5 Aoi Kizaki, and shot the ball which went through the legs of the goalkeeper and ended up in the back of the net. However, immediately after, #13 Michigami of ALBIREX NIIGATA LADIES headed home a corner kick to give her team the lead again. In the 66nd minute, SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA scored too, when #9 Ueno deflected the course of a shot released by #15 Ai Ogawa, to slot home another goal. Ueno scored two goals in two consecutive matches, but the team was unable to seal a victory, and both teams shared one point each.

CHIFURE AS ELFEN SAITAMA vs JEF UNITED ICHIHARA CHIBA LADIES/strong>

In the 12th minute, whilst being surrounded by opposing defenders, #29 Hikaru Yumura of CHIFURE AS ELFEN SAITAMA managed to ping the ball to open the score. However, JEF UNITED ICHIHARA CHIBA LADIES responded back aggressively. In the 16th minute, #3 Chisato Ichinose met a flicked header to equalize the score, and in the 23rd minute, #5 Mariko Tanaka headed home a free kick to successfully turn the game around, before the end of the first half. In the 61st minute, #8 Natsuki Kishikawa headed home a corner kick for the third goal to extend their lead, and in the 65th minute, a free kick hit the goal post, but #24 Reina Shirowa headed home the rebound to score the fourth goal. JEF UNITED ICHIHARA CHIBA LADIES scored a total of four goals, the most in the season so far, to complete the comeback victory.
