This match was played between two teams who had just played against each other 3 days ago. NOJIMA STELLA KANAGAWA SAGAMIHARA (HOME) were the first to create a key opportunity for themselves in the match. In the 4th minute, #20 Manaka Matsumoto headed the ball from a corner kick by #9 Ami Sugita, but the ball hit the goal post and was deflected away. However, just two minutes later, NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA took the lead when #33 Azusa Iwashimizu passed the ball to #17 Aoba Fujino, who then shot the ball which went through the legs of the opposing defender and ended up in the back of the net. NIPPON TV TOKYO VERDY BELEZA added another goal in the 80th minute by #5 Oto Kanno, earning their first win in four matches.

To clinch the First League Champions of the season, INAC KOBE LEONESSA needed to at the very least, tie this match. However, SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA dominated the pace of the match from the beginning. In the 29th minute, SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA saw #9 Mami Ueno’s delivery from the right side, which deflected off the crossbar, but volleyed home from the rebound by #11 Yoshino Nakashima. After ending the first half with one goal behind, INAC KOBE LEONESSA broke through on the right side in the 47th minute and #9 Minami Tanaka met a low-driven cross by #17 Yui Narumiya, but unluckily missed the target. Successfully defending Nakashima’s goal, SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA defeated INAC KOBE LEONESSA (who are still positioned at first place in the league table), and INAC KOBE LEONESSA lost their first game of the season in their 17th match.

AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES vs MYNAVI SENDAI LADIES

The two teams were evenly matched with both creating scoring opportunities, but the first half ended with no goals at 0-0. The match got moving in the 50th minute, soon after the second half started, when #10 Chise Takizawa of AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES delivered a cross, after a short corner kick, to #25 Rena Okutsu, who ran from the behind to slot the ball home. AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES successfully took the lead with their well-practiced set pieces. MYNAVI SENDAI LADIES also came close to scoring with the attackers including #23 Rina Funaki and #20 Akari Shiraki, but were unable to find the net. AC NAGANO PARCEIRO LADIES clinched their first win at home in the second half of the season at WE LEAGUE.
