In the 62nd minute, #14 Nanami Kitamura's cross was met directly by #2 Risa Shimizu, who scored her first goal in the WE LEAGUE to extend the lead. NOJIMA STELLA KANAGAWA SAGAMIHARA’s #9 Ami Sugita managed to score another goal to help narrow the gap to a one goal difference, but the game ended with 4-3. However, in the 17th minute, #27 Miyuki Takahashi of OMIYA ARDIJA VENTUS scored her second goal of the season against her former team, to bring the game back to an even score. Both teams continued to create scoring opportunities throughout the second half, yet neither team was able to find the net. ALBIREX NIIGATA LADIES drew for the second straight game, and OMIYA ARDIJA VENTUS drew for the sixth straight game.

SANFRECCE HIROSHIMA REGINA had a decisive moment in the final minutes, but the solid defence of JEF UNITED ICHIHARA CHIBA LADIES let by first-time starter #12 Nanami Ishida did not allow them to score a goal. Without conceding a goal till the end, JEF UNITED ICHIHARA CHIBA LADIES managed to end their losing streak at 2 and earned 3 points for the first time in 5 games.

MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES URAWA REDS LADIES set the pace throughout the first half, but were unable to find the net. In the 55th minutes, #9 Yuika Sugasawa broke the deadlock with a strike into the near side of the net, and two minutes later, Sugasawa scored again, marking her ninth goal of the season, and becoming the current top scorer of the league. CHIFURE AS ELFEN SAITAMA closed the gap to one goal in the 62nd minute with a goal by #14 Chika Kato, and in the 77th minute, #29 Hikaru Yumura headed home a corner kick to equalize the score from a two-goal deficit. But when the game seemed to be over, in the 89th minute, #17 Yu Endo, who came off the bench, scored the clincher, giving MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES URAWA REDS LADIES a 3-2 win and a five-game unbeaten streak.
