Cerezo Osaka Ladies U-15 was established in 2010 with 16 members in its first season, and changed its name to Cerezo Osaka Sakai Ladies in 2013 to coincide with its entry into the Challenge League.
In 2013, they joined the Nadeshiko League and have been active since then.
As of 2023, the team consists of two first-term students and is made up mainly of players who were raised from Cerezo Osaka's subordinate organizations.
